The Team

The success of LogiKal Projects is due to the team of quality consultants and the senior consultants committed to managing and mentoring them. The team is made up of handpicked individuals who meet LogiKal Projects high standards for key skills, experience and personality criteria.

The horizontal management structure in place ensures clear responsibilities and accountabilities. Small managed teams within the larger team allows exceptional people management and mentoring opportunities.

Management Team

The management team is split in two responsible areas: 

  • Staff Development Managers – all team members are aligned to an Staff Development Manager responsible for staff mentoring, management and development as well as front line Client liaison.    
  • Business Unit Managers - ensure service capabilities and company procedures are aligned. Source new business opportunities to support growth objectives. 

Consultants

All consultants are trained in the application of LogiKal Projects APMO methodology and complete project management training. Consultants are generally skilled across all project areas however will often be assigned to specific project roles such as project managers, planners, project integration or project controls.

LogiKal Projects supports Clients preference to work with widely used methodologies such as the Guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) or Prince2. Team members are trained in the use of these methodologies and will happily support their use on your projects.
